Behind The Scenes: Anya in the air!
From the roof top to the ceiling of the DD pro imaging studio. Anya and the team take you behind the scenes, with exclusive footage and techniques used to capture Anya and her surroundings.
On the roof of ours studio located in Somerville, MA has a breathe taking view/ skyline of the city of Boston. The scene from the roof top is amazing, Anya wearing a peach dress blowing in the wind ads a sense of sensuality to the beautiful city of Boston.
Even though being on a beautiful roof overlooking the city of Boston, we cant forget about the date which is January 14, in which in the city of Boston the average temperature for the month of January is 26°F. Luckily our model was enthusiastic and willing to bare the cold/wind in order to achieve amazing shots.
Anya is not only a model but she is a dancer, make-up artist and a singer. She jumped numerous times to achieve a perfect shot, which was achieved thanks to the years of gymnastics she took when she was a young girl. Every part of her body is on point from the tip of her toes to the tip of her hair. Her movements added texture and harmony through out the shoot. We are all very pleased here at DD Pro Imaging with the outcome of the shoot.
Anya in the air consisted of strobe lights with an extension Tripod which was attached to a beauty dish. The tripod ads a sense of sensuality and softness. Most of the light which was directed on Anya also reflected of the white in which allowed us to capture shadows and textures. Canon 6D is the main camera that was used with lens 24-70 f 2.8 II L and 14mm f 2.8L.
